Where is Sol & Ocean located?

Sol & Ocean is currently a home-operated business from Singapore. We do not have a physical shop yet.

We love to give back to our clients, so orders above $100 now automatically qualify for free Local Standard Shipping, no codes needed at checkout.

How do I know my size?

Please refer to our Size Guide. For further sizing assistance, please reach out to us here.

What if the size I want is out of stock?

If your size is unavailable, please select ‘notify me’ of a restock on the product page as we may recut the item.

What is a PRE-ORDER?

Occasionally some items may be available for sale on our website as a PRE-ORDER.

This means that the stock hasn’t arrived to us yet, but we are offering it for pre-sale, to allow you to secure the stock. We do this with high demand items to give you the opportunity to secure one.

These items will be marked as PRE-ORDER, with an estimated date of arrival listed in the product description.

Does Sol & Ocean swimsuits come with padding?

We understand that everyone has different needs. All of our non-reversible tops and one-piece comes with removable cups slot and a pair of bra cups. Please note that reversible designs do not come with any cup slots and bra cups.

How do I care for my Swim / Surf suits?

Caring for your swim/surf suits is essential if you would like them to last longer. Please refer to our Care Instructions for tips and washing instructions.

How can I cancel or change my order after purchase?

As long as your parcel is not shipped out yet, contact us at customercare@solandocean.com to make adjustments to your order.

Do you have international shipping?

Although we would love to ship internationally, we currently only have the capacity to ship locally. Please drop us an e-mail if you are ordering overseas and we will see what shipping options we can provide.

How can I exchange or return my item after I've received it?

We accept returns or exchanges for non-sale item(s). The online returns/exchange form must be submitted within 14 days for local orders.

We will only except size exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liner still intact.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds will only be offered under the circumstance of faulty products received. Minor loose threads and slight colour difference from the online presentation due to monitor resolutions are not considered defects.

Special Terms & Condition for Sale Items

All sale items sold during any promotion or sale are final sale — strictly no refunds. Exchanges are not permitted for sale items unless the item received is faulty. Items purchased during the sale cannot be returned for store credit.

We are not responsible for sizing issues — please refer to our size guide before purchasing.

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed. In the event of any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
